About delivery

1. The local delivery method is door-to-door delivery via SF Express (Hong Kong).
After shopping, you can choose SF counter/SF station/door-to-door delivery service.
Get free shipping on just one product. Please note that each order is limited to a single delivery location.

2. After receiving your order, it will take 1 to 3 working days for spot payment: it will be sent by SF Express. Pre-order payment: it will take 5-8 working days for it to be sent by SF Express. The same order has (spot + reservation). You can send the spot product first and then Free shipping for re-ordered products

3: How to check the order timeliness?
You can track the waybill on the SF website or the SF App and update your address and other information yourself.

4: How to check SF Express outlets?
You can enter the SF Express "Service Outlet Inquiry" page on the website or APP.

5. Benefits of self-service cabinets
5.1 There are more than 1,000 self-service lockers in Hong Kong, all over the outlying islands of Hong Kong, Kowloon and the New Territories, in major hut villages, housing estates, shopping malls and industrial buildings. There is always one near you.
5.2 Fully self-service and simple operation, purchase personal items, high privacy protection, avoid embarrassment
5.3 Most SF Express self-service lockers provide 24-hour pickup service
5.4 The recipient only needs to use the one-time password notified by mobile phone text message to collect the goods. The cabinet is also equipped with 24-hour closed-circuit television to ensure safety.

6. When using the SF smart locker service, when the goods arrive at the smart locker, SF Express will send you a text message. If you do not pick up the goods within 24 hours, the smart locker will charge the customer $10 per day when picking up the goods. Feng Butler service fee (overtime and less than 24 hours will be calculated as 24 hours).
*If the selected smart cabinet is full, SF will automatically deliver to nearby smart cabinets without further notification.
