退貨及更換政策

我們致力於為您提供優質的購物體驗。如果您對所購買的商品不完全滿意，我們隨時準備為您提供協助。

退貨期限與條件

• 退貨期限：我們接受自您收到商品之日起 8天內的退貨申請。

• 商品狀態：為符合退貨資格，您退回的商品必須保持未經使用的全新狀態，且必須保留完整的原始包裝。

退款處理方式

• 審核與退款：一旦我們收到並完成退貨商品的檢查，我們將為您處理退款。退款將會在 5 個工作天內，依據您的原支付方式（原支付帳戶或信用卡）全額退回。

• 請注意，您的發卡銀行或信用卡公司可能需要額外的處理時間，才能將款項實際顯示在您的帳戶中。

如果您曾經有敏感肌膚或反應，請確保在使用產品的前2-3日先在手腕上嘗試。如果您已知對某種成份敏感，請先告知我們及查詢產品有否含有該成份。
不能確保每位客人都對產品效果滿意，因此不能為不滿意效果、個人主觀意見，包括氣味、質地等作為退貨理由。
 
貨品出售後，如因產品品質/發錯商品等問題而需申請換貨，請Whastapp至67342043提供完整拆貨影片證明，攜帶全新未開封的貨品寄出，並於收貨後7天內進行，只有圖片證明或逾期申請將不獲換貨。

我們不接受因物流期間造成的輕微包裝損壞（包括外盒的起皺及刮損）而不影響產品品質作退換商品理由，貨品出件前均完善包裝，客人需自行承擔運輸過程導致任何損壞之風險。
Wanok Cosmetics只提供經審核之換貨申請，所有產品不接受退款退貨，包括預購產品。

換貨申請只適用於正價產品，優惠產品不可退換。

若要獲得退貨資格，您的商品必須與您收到時的狀態相同、未磨損或未使用、帶有標籤且採用原始包材。您還需要收據或購買證明。

如果我們接受您的退貨，我們將向您發送退貨託運單標籤，以及有關如何及將包裹寄往何處的說明。未先要求退貨而退回給我們的品項將不予接受。

損壞和問題
請在收到訂單後檢查您的訂單，如果品項有缺陷、損壞或您收到錯誤品項，請立即聯絡我們，以便我們評估問題並予以糾正。

例外 / 不可退貨商品
某些類型品項無法退貨，例如易腐爛商品（例如食品、鮮花或植物）、客製化產品（例如特殊訂單或個人化品項）和個人護理商品（例如美容商品）。我們也不接受危險物質、易燃液體或氣體的退貨。如果您對特定品項有疑問或疑慮，請與我們聯絡。

很抱歉，我們不接受特價商品或禮品卡的退貨。

換貨
確保您獲得所需品項的最快方法是退回您擁有的品項，一旦退貨獲得接受，請單獨購買新品項。

 

退款
一旦我們收到並檢查了您的退貨，我們將通知您，並告知您退款是否獲得批准。如果獲得批准，您將在 10 個工作日內透過原始付款方式自動獲得退款。請記住，您的銀行或信用卡公司也可能需要一些時間來處理和寄送退款。

Refund Policy
At Wanok Cosmetics, we value your satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Our refund policy is designed to be transparent and compliant with global consumer protection standards, including GDPR and CCPA.

Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in "New" condition—unused, unworn, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at lammingfai668@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping and Fees
Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Restocking Fees: Wanok Cosmetics does not charge any restocking fees.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For damaged goods, please include photographic evidence in your email to lammingfai668@gmail.com.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period (GDPR)
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in "New" condition—unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Refund Processing
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. For any subscription-based services or recurring orders, the cancellation deadline is 24 hours before the renewal date. There is no minimum commitment required for our services.
